The ultimate test of an insurance programme and indeed services provided by the broker is the way that claims are handled. We will negotiate claims on your behalf and attend all claims meetings to protect your interests and liaise directly with insurers or Loss Adjusters.
Statistical information will be provided on a quarterly basis and this can assist us in analysing if there are any emerging trends and recommend a Risk Management solution which may help you prevent similar incidents in the future.
